We offer private professional barista training upon request to those looking to work as baristas, lead baristas, or open up a cafe.

Our professional barista course is two days long, with six hours per day. As it is a private course, it is tailored to the individual needs of the participant/s. It is designed to give baristas a well rounded understanding of everything they need to operate independently in a cafe, including (but not limited to):

• Theory of Coffee

• Mastery of Brewed Coffee

• Espresso Preparation and Dialing In

• Milk Texturing and Latte Art

• Drink Builds and Workflow

• Cleaning and Troubleshooting

Students will be given a comprehensive workbook to take home. This serves as a valuable resource for them to continue to refer back to during their career in coffee.

Due to space limitations, we can only accommodate a maximum of three people per session. This ensures everyone gets hands on practice with the equipment. The two day intensive course costs a flat rate of $1,080 for one person. One to two additional people may attend at a reduced cost per head (please see below for pricing).
