Las Rosas is a wonderland for coffee professionals. The farm has one of the most diverse plantings of heirloom coffee varieties that we have ever seen in one place. This alone would be noteworthy, that Don Rolando produces each of these at a world class level is astounding. He grows heirlooms and hybrids with equal acumen and this Java is no exception. The cup is sweet with a huge silky body. We prefer this coffee brewed with a paper filter - V60 or Chemex.

Orders received before end of day Wednesday, will be roasted and fulfilled the next day. All orders received after this time will be fulfilled the following week. All bags are 340g.
