Candelaria coffee from Huehuetenango, Guatemala is a washed coffee that's grown in the mountains at high altitudes. The coffee is known for its bright acidity and complex flavor profile, with notes of citrus, tropical fruit, and roasted nuts. The coffee is grown in the highland regions of northern Guatemala. The high altitudes of Huehuetenango create the perfect environment for the beans to mature slowly. The farm utilizes a shade-grown coffee system.

Wholesale orders are available for pick up at the roasting plant beginning Wednesday morning each week.
