Many roasters are offering 'Single Origin' espresso, but we took it one step further. The El Tecolote (named for the outlook point on the farm where the kids who often spend time looking for owls) is not just from one origin, but from one estate, and is one single varietal. Owner Hans Homberger separates this coffee into 3 'lots' before finishing. He processes most of it as a washed, and then a small bit as both a honey and a natural. We have bought all three, and John has created a beautiful espresso blend that our customers look forward to every holiday season. If you love espresso, we think you should try this truly unique offering.

Brewing parameters: In our cafes, we use this ratio: 17 grams in, 32 grams out w/ a full 32 second pull.

Orders received before 12a Thursday will be roasted and fulfilled that day. All orders received after Thursday will be fulfilled the following week. Each bag is 12 ounces.
