This award winning single varietal, single estate Pacamara from La Bella lives up to its reputation. Year after year La Bella places in the top 10 for the Cup of Excellence in Guatemala, this year they placed 5th. This makes it the second best (non-gesha) coffee from Guatemala.  Teodoro is a 4th generation coffee farmer and takes great care in maintaining the land but also knows the value of investing in his staff. Medical care, housing, and proper coffee education ensure a healthy environment for everyone. La Bella is meticulous in its growing and drying processes, and the extra work and attention to separating lots has paid off.

Tasting Notes: Bright, juicy notes of citrus, round notes of chocolate. We suggest utilizing a paper filter to highlight the more delicate fruit notes. 

 

Roast Days are Tuesday + Thursday. Orders received before 12a Thursday will be roasted and fulfilled that day. All orders received after Thursday will be fulfilled the following week.
